Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt Greek works too, if you’re feeling fancy
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract if you used plain yogurt
  • Optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips chopped almonds, or a few chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries until smooth, or leave a few chunks for texture. No judgment—chunky is chic.
  • Stir in yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until everything looks creamy and vibrant.
  • Taste a tiny spoonful. If it needs more sweetness, tweak with a touch more honey.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a little headroom for expansion.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight for peak chilliness.
  • To unmold, run warm water along the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Voilà!
