  • 3 –4 tbsp milk any kind—dairy or plant-based works

  • Crush the Oreos
  • Drop your Oreos into a microwave-safe mug. Use a fork to crush them into small crumbs. No need to go full perfection mode—just break them down well.
  • Add the milk
  • Pour in the milk and mix until it forms a thick, smooth batter. It should look like chocolate cake batter—not too runny, not too dry.
  • Smooth it out
  • Press the mixture down slightly so it’s even. This helps it cook properly and look a little more “cake-like.”
  • Microwave it
  • Pop it in the microwave and cook for 60–90 seconds. Start with 60 seconds, then add more time if needed. The top should look set but still soft.
  • Cool slightly (if you can wait)
