Brownie Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter or the butter-y twin of your dreams
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract because plain chocolate is just sad
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional, but why skip extra chocolate?

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch pan or line with parchment. Easy start, right?
  • Melt & Mix: In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. One bowl, one happy baker.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix or your brownies will turn tough.
  • Chocolate Chips (Optional but Recommended): Fold them in. Because more chocolate = more happiness.
  • Bake: Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Tip: The center should look slightly underdone for that pudding-like texture.
  • Cool & Devour: Let it cool slightly (if you can resist). Scoop warm, fudgy brownie pudding into bowls and enjoy.
