Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries – firm bright red, and washed. The fresher, the better.
  • Semi-sweet or dark chocolate – the richer the better (your taste buds will thank you).
  • White chocolate optional – for drizzling if you want that Pinterest vibe.
  • Chopped pistachios – lightly roasted for extra crunch.
  • Sea salt – optional just a pinch elevates the chocolate.
  • Parchment paper – because no one wants a chocolate sticking disaster.

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries
  • Pat your strawberries dry. Dry = crispy chocolate shell. Wet strawberries = melted chocolate disaster. Remove leaves if you want fancy bite-sized elegance.
  • Melt the chocolate
  • Use a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler. Stir every 30 seconds. Tip: chocolate can go from smooth to scorched faster than you can say “oops.”
  • Dip the strawberries
  • Hold each strawberry by the stem (or use a skewer) and dunk it into melted chocolate. Swirl a bit, then gently shake off excess.
  • Add the pistachios
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the chocolate while it’s still soft. Don’t be shy—think “generous but classy.”
  • Optional white chocolate drizzle
  • Melt white chocolate, drizzle over strawberries in a zig-zag motion. It looks fancy but literally takes 10 seconds.
  • Let them set
  • Place strawberries on parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes, or until chocolate hardens.
