Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt vanilla or plain—your call, your flavor vibe
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whatever you have
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips or mini chunks optional, but highly recommended
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts almonds, pecans, or walnuts—crunch factor!
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut optional, for tropical flair
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, but it’s the secret ingredient that makes everyone swoon

Instructions

  • Line your tray. Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Trust me, this makes life way easier when you break the bark later.
  • Sweeten the yogurt. Mix your yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Taste it—if it needs more sweetness, add a tiny bit more. No judgment.
  • Spread it out. Pour the yogurt mixture onto your lined tray and spread it evenly, about 1/4–1/2 inch thick. Think of it like frosting a cake…without the mess.
  • Add toppings. Scatter your berries, chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut on top. Don’t be shy—make it look as pretty as possible because you’ll totally photograph it before eating.
  • Freeze. Pop the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours (or overnight if you want to plan ahead). Patience is hard but worth it.
  • Break & serve. Once frozen solid, lift the parchment paper, and break the bark into fun-sized pieces. Voilà! Snackable, Instagrammable, insanely good pieces of joy.
