green apple
cored

small lemon
peeled

piece fresh ginger

water or coconut water
adjust for consistency
A pinch of sea salt
optional, but really, optional is boring
Instructions
Wash all produce thoroughly. Yes, even greens that look innocent. We’re avoiding mystery grit.
Roughly chop ingredients so your blender or juicer can handle them without throwing a tantrum.
Juice or blend greens, cucumber, apple, celery, lemon, and ginger. If you’re blending, add water gradually to reach your preferred consistency.
-Strain if you must, but most of us will skip this for extra fiber. Sip and smile as the color wakes you up.
Stir in a pinch of sea salt if you’re feeling fancy. Serve immediately for maximum brightness.
