Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers fresh and crisp
  • 2 green apples sliced
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • A handful of spinach optional but sneaky good
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water
  • Ice cubes as many as your心 desires

Instructions

  • Prep everything: wash the produce, core the apples, and peel the lemon. Quick rinse, then you’re almost there.
  • Chunk the cucumber and apples for easy juicing. Ginger goes in whole or grated—your call.
  • Juice it all. If you’re using a blender, blend with water and then strain. No judgment if you prefer the blender route—just keep it smooth.
  • Stir in coconut water or plain water. Taste. If you want more brightness, squeeze in a little extra lemon.
  • Pour over ice and sip. Optional: garnish with a celery stalk or a thin lemon wheel for drama.
