No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Prep Time10 minutes
Cook Time5 minutes
Total Time2 hours

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter – Creamy works best. Natural is fine but stir it well unless you enjoy chaos.
  • Chocolate chips – Semi-sweet or milk chocolate. Dark chocolate if you’re feeling mature.
  • Sweetened condensed milk – This is the magic glue holding everything together.
  • Butter – Because butter makes life better.
  • Vanilla extract – Just a splash. Trust me.
  • Salt – Optional but a tiny pinch makes flavors pop like fireworks.

Instructions

  • Prep your pan.
  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Leave a little overhang so you can lift the fudge out later like a pro.
  • Melt the good stuff.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly so nothing burns. Patience here pays off.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Keep stirring until everything melts into a glossy, smooth mixture. If it looks like liquid gold, you’re doing it right.
  • Add vanilla and salt.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Don’t skip this—it balances the sweetness.
  • Pour and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Try not to lick the spoon too aggressively.
  • Chill out.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. This is the hardest part—waiting.
  • Slice and enjoy.
  • Lift out, cut into squares, and prepare to fall in love.
