Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the pie pan if your crust is fragile. No drama, just prep.
Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth and dreamy. Scrape the sides, then fold in Nutella until you’ve got a glossy, decadent batter.
Spread the Nutella-cheese mixture into the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula so every slice is perfect.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and optional crushed cookies for texture.
Pour the whipped cream mixture over the Nutella layer. Swirl a little extra Nutella on top for that “I tried” spiral.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the center is just set but still wobbly like your enthusiasm after a third slice. Let cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Slice, serve, and watch the smiles appear. Optional: toast a few more marshmallows under a broiler for a toasted-top finish.
