Ingredients

  • 1 package graham cracker crust or make your own if you’re feeling fancy
  • 1 cup Nutella plus a little extra for swirl if you’re feeling dramatic
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies optional for extra crunch
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the pie pan if your crust is fragile. No drama, just prep.
  • Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth and dreamy. Scrape the sides, then fold in Nutella until you’ve got a glossy, decadent batter.
  • Spread the Nutella-cheese mixture into the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula so every slice is perfect.
  • Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and optional crushed cookies for texture.
  • Pour the whipped cream mixture over the Nutella layer. Swirl a little extra Nutella on top for that “I tried” spiral.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the center is just set but still wobbly like your enthusiasm after a third slice. Let cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Slice, serve, and watch the smiles appear. Optional: toast a few more marshmallows under a broiler for a toasted-top finish.
