Slice & Freeze: Peel bananas and slice into small chunks. Lay them on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Blend: Pop frozen banana slices into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. It might look crumbly at first—just keep blending!
Customize (Optional): Toss in a spoonful of peanut butter, chocolate chips, or berries and pulse a few times.
