Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix the wet ingredients. In a bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients. Fold in the flour, crushed Oreos, and a pinch of salt. Don’t overmix—you want the batter slightly lumpy.
Scoop the batter. Fill each muffin liner about halfway, then add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center. Top with more batter until almost full.
