Ingredients

  • Peanut butter – Creamy works best for smooth rollable balls. Chunky is fun too if you like surprise crunch.
  • Rice Krispies cereal – The crunch factor. Non-negotiable.
  • Honey or maple syrup – Just enough sweetness to hold everything together and make it snack-worthy.

Instructions

  • Mix the peanut butter and sweetener.
  • Grab a medium bowl and stir your peanut butter with honey or maple syrup until smooth and glossy. It should look thick but scoopable, not stiff like cement.
  • Fold in the Rice Krispies.
  • Add the cereal gradually and gently fold it in. You want everything coated without crushing all the crunch. Be patient—this is not the moment to rage-stir.
  • Chill briefly if needed.
  • If the mixture feels too sticky, pop it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. This makes rolling way less messy and saves your sanity.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Scoop small portions and roll them between your palms. Aim for bite-sized—about the size of a walnut. Too big and they get awkward. Nobody wants awkward dessert.
  • Set and enjoy.
  • Place the balls on a lined plate or tray and chill for another 15–20 minutes to firm up. Or don’t. They’re technically edible immediately, and I won’t judge.
