Ingredients

  • 4 cups 1 liter water or sparkling water
  • ½ lemon thinly sliced
  • ½ lime thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cucumber slices about 6–8 thin rounds, optional but fancy
  • 6 –8 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh berries or ¼ cup extra cucumber slices
  • Pinch about 1/16 tsp sea salt (optional, for electrolytes)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional Boosters
  • 1 –2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 –5 thin ginger slices coins
  • ¼ cup coconut water replace part of the regular water
  • Let everything infuse for 15–30 minutes or refrigerate 2–4 hours for deeper flavor.
