Prep the Cream
Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Don’t overwhip, or you’ll have butter… which is not what we’re going for here.
Prep the Fruit
Slice bananas and chop strawberries. If using, add a tiny splash of lemon juice to keep bananas from browning.
Layer the Parfaits
Grab your favorite glasses or mason jars. Start with a layer of granola/crushed crackers at the bottom, then a layer of cream, followed by bananas and strawberries. Repeat layers until you reach the top.
Chill
Pop them in the fridge for 30–60 minutes so flavors meld and the cream firms up. Optional: serve immediately if you can’t wait (I don’t blame you).
Garnish & Serve
Top with extra strawberries, banana slices, a sprinkle of granola, or a drizzle of honey. And maybe a little mint if you’re feeling fancy.
