Total Time15 minutes
Calories: 300kcal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced (or frozen in a pinch—just thaw first)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 –3 tablespoons powdered sugar adjust for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies—your call
  • Optional: chocolate shavings fresh mint, or extra berries for decoration
  • A pinch of patience though even that is optional if you’re lazy enough

Instructions

  • Whip the cream:
  • Pour heavy cream into a bowl, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until soft peaks form. Pro tip: soft peaks, not stiff peaks, unless you want a cloud-shaped sculpture in your fridge.
  • Prep the strawberries:
  • Slice your strawberries into bite-sized pieces. Throw away the mushy ones… unless you like your dessert a little extra “squishy.”
  • Layer it up:
  • In your favorite cup or jar, start with a spoon of graham cracker crumbs. Next, add a layer of whipped cream. Then strawberries. Repeat until your cup is full. Don’t worry about perfection—it’s all rustic charm anyway.
  • Top it off:
  • Finish with a dollop of cream, a strawberry or two, and a sprinkle of crumbs. Maybe a little chocolate if you’re feeling extra. Boom. Dessert that looks Pinterest-ready without the Pinterest effort.
  • Chill (optional but recommended):
  • Pop them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes if you want them extra firm. Or eat immediately and feel rebellious.
