Instructions
Prep your bread
Lay out all three slices. Spread mayonnaise on one slice and cranberry sauce on another. The third slice? Keep it ready—it’s about to become iconic.
Layer the base
Place lettuce and your chicken/turkey on the mayo side. Don’t be shy—pile it on. This isn’t the time for portion control.
Make the Moist Maker
Dip the third slice of bread lightly into warm gravy. Not soaked like a sponge, just nicely coated. This is the moment. Respect it.
Stack it up
Place the gravy-dipped bread on top of the meat layer. Then add more turkey/chicken if you’re feeling bold.
Top it off
Finish with the cranberry-covered slice on top. Press gently to hold everything together.
Slice and serve
Cut in half (if you can manage without it falling apart) and dig in immediately.
