Ingredients

Instructions

  • Butter the bread like you mean it.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Don’t be shy—this is where the crunch magic happens.
  • Build the cheesy situation.
  • Place cheese between two slices, buttered sides facing out. Basically, bread + cheese = happiness stack.
  • Heat your pan.
  • Use medium heat. Not “lava level,” not “barely warm.” We’re aiming for golden, not burnt regret.
  • Cook the sandwich.
  • Place it in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Press lightly if you want extra crisp edges.
  • Flip carefully.
