Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Coffee Smoothie

Prep Time1 minute
Total Time5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooled brewed coffee or cold brew concentrate
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 banana frozen for extra creaminess
  • 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey adjust to your sweetness level
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: a pinch of salt to heighten flavors

Instructions

  • Pour cooled coffee and milk into your blender. If you’re using hot coffee, let it chill first or your smoothie will be soup with a steam bath.
  • Add the frozen banana, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Yes, banana is a secret weapon here—trust the texture.
  • Toss in a handful of ice cubes. More ice means thicker texture, which some of us secretly crave at 7 a.m.
  • Blend on high until perfectly smooth. If it’s too thick, splash in a little more milk; if too thin, add another ice cube and pulse again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spice. Want more cinnamon? Go for it. Want less sweet? Dial back the syrup.
  • Pour into a tall glass, add a straw, and pretend you’re a fancy coffee shop barista in real life.
